Most traditional or outdated platforms overwhelm users with complex forms or miss the emotional connection that builds loyalty. Kova set out to solve this — not only by making the process easier, but by making users feel safe, understood, and confident in their decision.
The solution was to create a user-friendly and emotionally intelligent platform that clearly guides users through every step — from selecting a cleaning package to confirming the booking. The interface introduces human warmth through soft illustrations, inviting copy, and thoughtful design. Predefined packages make decisions faster, while the ability to build a custom package adds flexibility. Every key point in the user journey — trust, clarity, simplicity — was reinforced visually and functionally.
The visual language was designed to evoke a sense of cleanliness, trust, and ease. The light blue and white palette communicates hygiene and transparency. The client platform allows users to register, select services, post orders, and review applications from available cleaners. They can see cleaner ratings, personal messages, and easily confirm the booking. The interface is clean and functional, with visual cues and helpful microcopy at every step.
The client’s journey begins on the homepage, where they are greeted with a clean and welcoming interface. They click on “Order a cleaner”, which leads to a guided service form. The form allows the user to choose a predefined package or build a custom one by selecting specific rooms and cleaning tasks.
Once the order is submitted, it’s published to the platform and visible to all verified cleaners in the selected area. The client receives a confirmation email letting them know that cleaners can now apply.
As cleaners submit applications, the client is notified via email. Each application includes the cleaner’s name, rating, and a short personal message. Inside their dashboard, clients can review applicants, select the cleaner that best fits their needs, and confirm the booking.
After the service is completed, the client is prompted to leave a review and rate the cleaner, closing the loop and feeding back into the trust system.
