The client’s journey begins on the homepage, where they are greeted with a clean and welcoming interface. They click on “Order a cleaner”, which leads to a guided service form. The form allows the user to choose a predefined package or build a custom one by selecting specific rooms and cleaning tasks.
Once the order is submitted, it’s published to the platform and visible to all verified cleaners in the selected area. The client receives a confirmation email letting them know that cleaners can now apply.
As cleaners submit applications, the client is notified via email. Each application includes the cleaner’s name, rating, and a short personal message. Inside their dashboard, clients can review applicants, select the cleaner that best fits their needs, and confirm the booking.
After the service is completed, the client is prompted to leave a review and rate the cleaner, closing the loop and feeding back into the trust system.
